What we manage for you

Website Management is for teams who want their site to feel “owned” — monitored, patched, and cared for — without hiring a full in-house web ops team.

Updates & hardening
Core, theme, and plugin updates handled in a controlled way using staging and rollback. We reduce surprise breakages and keep your stack aligned with best practices.
Monitoring & uptime
Uptime checks, basic performance tracking, and alerts so someone is always watching your site — especially during campaigns and launches.
Small changes & fixes
Content tweaks, layout fixes, new sections, form repairs, and “can you just fix this?” requests organised into a simple monthly bucket.
const maintenancePlan = {
schedule: ‘weekly & monthly windows’,
checks: [‘backups’, ‘security’, ‘speed’],
alerts: [‘uptime’, ‘errors’, ‘SSL’]
};
keepSiteHealthy(maintenancePlan);

How we think about web operations

We treat your site like production infrastructure — with predictable windows, clear ownership, and visibility into what changed and when.

  • Staging environments for testing risky changes before they reach customers.
  • Change logs so marketing, product, and leadership know what shipped each month.
  • Backup policies aligned with how critical your site is to daily revenue.
  • Basic security hardening: least-privilege access, SSL, and sensible defaults.
  • Performance passes focused on real user experience, not just synthetic scores.

How Website Management works month-to-month

Clear rhythm, clear ownership, and no surprises — you always know what we’re doing and what’s planned next.

Step 1
Onboarding & baseline
Access, stack review, backup checks, and a health report that shows where you are today and what we’ll prioritise in the first 30 days.
Step 2
Stabilise & secure
Fix urgent issues, set up monitoring, validate backup/restore, and close obvious security gaps before moving to routine maintenance.
Step 3
Routine maintenance
Regular update windows, checks, and fixes — bundled into a simple report so you can see real work, not just “hours used”.
Step 4
Improvements & tweaks
Once stable, we use our remaining capacity for performance, UX, and minor feature improvements that make the site nicer to use.

Website Management FAQs

Answers to the common questions we hear from teams moving their website care to KF Orion Tech & Build.

Do you support any host or only specific platforms?
We primarily manage WordPress, WooCommerce, and common PHP stacks on reputable hosts (Cloudways, RunCloud, managed WordPress, etc.). During onboarding we’ll confirm your setup is a good fit for our process.
What if something breaks after an update?
Updates are run during defined windows with backups and rollback paths. If an update causes an issue, we either roll back or fix it as part of the same maintenance window.
Can you add new features, not just maintain?
Yes. Your plan includes a set number of minor changes per month, and we can scope larger features as separate mini-projects so nothing gets stuck.
Do you also manage analytics and pixels?
We keep GA4, pixels, and key events healthy as part of management — especially when templates, funnels, or consent logic changes and tracking needs to be re-checked.
